Pastor Tod Delay has been the senior pastor of Transformation Church in Seminole, Texas, with his wife Daphne since 1999.
Because he believes so strongly in reaching the world for Christ, he has partnered with several ministries over the years to take teams to the nations. From these opportunities, his heart for pastors around the world has increased.
Pastor Tod is also the West Texas Director for Rhema Ministerial Association International (RMAI) helping local pastors stay connected and strong.
His first calling is pastor. And it is from this devotion that he pours into pastors and leaders both locally and on the mission field.
